Services
Watan First Academy provides professional training programs, online courses, corporate learning solutions, and related educational services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice to affected users.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Payments & Refunds
Program fees are due at the time of enrollment unless otherwise agreed. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of enrollment and before completing more than 25% of the program content. Corporate billing arrangements are governed by separate agreements.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this platform are owned by or licensed to Watan First Academy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. Your enrollment grants you a limited, non-transferable license to access course materials for personal educational use.
Limitation of Liability
Watan First Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the specific program or service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
